The Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) provides business professionals a facilitated, hands-on environment to experience powerful, integrated productivity solutions. The Microsoft technologies experienced during a CIE are delivered through Office 365 or on-premises software, with solutions utilizing: Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Project, Visio, Windows, Windows Phone, Yammer, Dynamics CRM, and Dynamics AX.
